Not sure if you guys like this idea, but threw it out there. This would probably be less work too, and this would make descriptions possible.

An idea for the next game is just have a passworded rar with the info inside, and then have the password itself be found in game. Oh yeah, and I talked it over with a friend, and we think the badge list would be better outside the game since at least then we could use a search function, and not have to constantly reopen it since it wouldn't interfere with the game then. At least I completed my collection of flower savers. Curse you RNG! I don't think this much warrants a spoiler tag, since people can info drops. This makes 4 I've killed.with 0 drops, and it has a 30% drop rate. I just did another run in an attempt to get a super pin. I'm not against the ore system as it is a nice idea, but right now it feels like a huge headache to navigate through.Įdit due to no replies yet: Why pit.whyyyy. It would also help if there were a description of the badges somewhere, so I don't have to guess what they are meant for purely by their names. For ores you have to get via mixing, it would help if you have mix party ores purely for party ores, mario ores purely for mario ores (etc), as well as having the character specific ones have shorter steps (and if it's meant to be a hard badge, just use rarer orbs rather than all the extra steps), to create than the party specific ones, if that makes any sense. The mix between the fact there are like 70 badges in there (around there, I counted a few days ago), and the fact that I have to read the description of ores every time on similar named ones make the whole process a real pain.įor the similar named ores for different party members, it would be helpful to have a (M), (L), or (B) in front of the ore, so you aren't forced to look at the description every single time. I have to go into the list like 10 times if I don't notepad the recipes step by step. I have to say though, after trying out the ore system, sorting through all that seems to be a huge pain (I went in to craft a first+ badge, so I could take on the speedy enemy). I haven't done anything thoroughly yet, but even just going for one badge seemed to be a headache. Capcom has also shown leniency towards their fans in the past as well, including officially publishing Street Fighter X Mega Man in 2012.Demonlord5000 wrote:Just completed the pit of 100 trials, and got my badge! The ore system seems to be a pain though. Sega has famously brought in some of their fan developers to produce Sonic Mania, a game that returns to the 2D roots of Sonic the Hedgehog.

Both projects live on in unofficial capacities, and AM2R has even received a patch since its initial takedown.įangames continue to be a point of discussion online and in the industry. AM2R was struck by a takedown follow its release after years of very public development work and the release of demo versions of the game. Pokemon Uranium was removed voluntarily by its creators after its initial debut, citing fear of legal action against them for their game. For Nintendo, this move comes not long after the death of several other notable fan projects.
